You can lodge a claim by calling our office during working hours on 1300 500 700 and one of our claims professionals will help you. Alternatively, you may wish to lodge your claim online by completing the attached form. Please upload any additional information or photos to support your claim.
Sometimes you may require urgent assistance after hours, attached are contact points for services and repairers who may be able to assist you.
The SES is a volunteer organisation and is designed to help communities in times of emergency and disaster such as flood and storms.
